Feeling blown-off!!!

We purchased our vehicle almost 7 months ago and at the time our salesperson agreed to make a few repairs that we were concerned about. It was actually the agreement for the repairs that we decided to make the purchase. We've made numerous requests to rectify the outstanding repairs and each time we've not gotten anywhere. We were suppose to receive a second key which I was advised would be programmed when we brought the car in for warranty maintenance, but we did not. Instead were told that they had ordered the wrong key and I would be notified when it was in. That's been well over a month, so I'm concerned if for some reason we loose our key we can't drive for a month or two?? Also at the time I spoke to the service person about our outstanding concerns and I was told to take it to the body shop for pictures, which I did right away. Still have heard nothing back. Love the car but not impressed with the dealership or service agreements made with the salesperson. Good thing we got it writing what was going to be addressed on the vehicle. I feel sorry for the person that picks up the phone when my husband calls this week, as he is far from impressed and feeling "ripped-off". We've gotten the run around numerous times and feeling frustrated.

The staff at the service centre have been very courteous and helpful. I have taken my Sorento in a few times for an exterior wash and they have always helped me immediately. When I sit waiting I have heard them half other customers in the same manor. I have never waited long and checked on by others while I sit there. From the sales to service departments way to go you get 5 stars in my books.

Timely reminder, quick work order and efficient service, on time and detailed.

From the initial greeting right through to the completed work order the experience was positive, Service writers anticipated the needs and followed the actual service to completion. A ride was offered as well as the beverage bar and as a customer was made to feel very comfortable.
