The maintenance team provided product recommendations and respectfully answered my questions when I was shopping by phone for studded winter tires. On the service date, the team had everything ready for me. When I picked up my car, front line staff were friendly and courteous. The clerk shared her positive experience with this type of tire and joked 'you will feel like superwoman out there', being able to drive safely. She was right! It is always a pleasure to drive my Soul in the ice and snow now.

Although there have been a few things like door motors and a replacement starter in the 2006 we still have it as a second vehicle. Our new vehicle is great and is serviced in the winter in Harlingen, Texas. The KIA dealership is a 10 minute walk from our winter home.

The poor rating is for Performance Kia, not James. We paid $611 for work as quoted by James. Car didn't make it home, returned car (approx. additional $1400 charged ). Without car for 5 weeks, no loaner. I realize there was nothing James could do, himself. Contacted head office, no help there. Dealership does not honour policy of "Satisfaction Guaranteed" - No real follow up on satisfaction surveys I have submitted in the past. Word of mouth is very important for a business. If Kia had handled this differently, they could have recouped the $1400, hundreds and hundreds of times over. Instead they lost a customer. Now we own a 2017 Honda HRV and 2017 Ridgeline. It could have been a brand new Kia, if this was handled differently. Sincerely, I await your reply. I will not post this to Facebook, at this time.
