The service area is always good, however, there was confusion around 0% financing, 0% down, and I signed without reviewing it correctly and now I'm stuck with almost $3,000 in financing charges. Talked to the manager but he said there was nothing he could do. I feel the signage is misleading and have asked him to PLEASE tell folks clearly so no one else ends up feeling so disappointed.

Because I live out of Thunder Bay I am unable to collect points, even though for the last 2 years almost ever oil change and servicing has been done at a kia dealer in Emo. I have tried to call your office on this and have never gotten a return leaves me with the feeling that the only thing that is cared about is selling.

Linda, thank you for bringing this to our attention. You most certainly do earn Kia Rewards points when you do your servicing at our Emo satellite location. We have back-tracked all of your invoices and applied the required points to your card.

desk people were courteous and helpful and when a problem arose with a missing article they solved it immediately. gave me a free car wash for that instance. car was very cleanly washed but articles had not been put back at all inside the car from the trunk. Servicing was well done.

Was my first time purchancing a car. I was very pleased how helpful and how well they helped me to get financing and to find me what I was looking for as if they could read my mind . I felt that my first time experience was better than expected my sales lady went above and beyond for me .

I had brought my Sorento in for a day of major work. Once I brought it home, I noticed an oil leak. Called the service dept. and was able to get it in within 2 days. Found the problem and had me on my way within an hour.

The customer service at Performance Kia is always wonderful to work with! They are polite, professional and always pleasant. They go over the work that has been done to my vehicle extensively and with attention to detail.
