When coming to service my vehicle the overall all experience is satisfactory. I enjoy dealing with the service staff who are the first faces I see in KIA, Shannon and James are always courteous and helpful making my experience better. I have had some issues regarding scotch guarding and being able to speak with my sales agent but since has been sorted out. Happy Holidays

I found on a Friday night I had 1 headlight out.. I came to the dealership mid Saturday Morning with no appointment.. Bob & the staff took the vehicle in & changed the headlight right away. Even though all the bays were full I did not have to wait as the mechanic did the change outside in minus 30c weather.... Most Impressed

Had the vehicle change it's oil, rotate tires, top up the fluids, and the service rep explai ned all the work that was done and the rep was very knowledgeable and she said that we put the vehicle through a car wash.

My vehicle recently had an oil change, as well as winter tires put on. The staff and service were beyond excellent. My vehicle was ready to go in no time it was the fastest service I have ever received and everything was done perfectly. Couldn't be happier. Thanks.

I am be oming more frustrated with every time I bring in my car. I have been quoted the wrong price a couple lf times and most recently there was two issues: I got a call saying something had to be replaced, an air cabin filter I believe, and I was told it was a certain price but I questioned that based on the service I was getting and I turned out to be right and the call was unnecessary so poor knowledge or lack of attention is frustrating. What's worse is that I brought my car in for a part that KIA said needed to be changed as part of a recall. I set my appointment up weeks in advance and it wasn't until hoirs after I've dropped my car off that I get a phone call saying the part is not in and there is no eta for when it will arrive. I don't understand why I wasn't told ahead of time, how I could make an appointment for this and no one checks if the part is in, why there is no eta on the part when it has been recalled and made out to be very important to change out, and that it has been a month and a half without a call about the part when I was explicitly told I would get a call. I work full time and attend college full time so taking the time to bring my car in is a huge inconvenience to me so I would like the staff to respect my time and the fact that I have been loyal since buying the car. Incorrect information about pricing was given to me about the cost of winter tires was given to me when I bought them a couple of years ago and when I got the bill it was much higher than I was told. These interactions have stuck out to me and it's only because the actual work on my car is stellar and appreciated that I continue to trust in KIA that I will be taken care of. It's unfortunate too since I love my car and am super happy with my decision but the service has been so poor. When I first got my car I would recommend KIA to my friends who were looking at getting a new vehicle but now when I tell them I always have to make sure they know that the service won't be great when they bring their car in but it makes sense to bring it back to the mechanics who know the most about it.

I have had great service from Performance Kia starting with the purchase of my new 2016 Kia Sorento. Alyssa Craig is an angel. She really helped me chose the new vehicle which I feel comfortable driving. The service department staff and technicians have also been most helpful in keeping my vehicle running in top shape. Surely Kia can "fix" a problem and not just discard the unit and put in a new one???? Took 3 visits to get to that point. Result, not an efficient process and way overly priced.
