Easy drop off, ready on time, easy pick up and surprise - a shiny clean car when I left!

I made an appointment for a routine oil change and rust protection inspection. I arrived at dealer to drop it off and then was driven to work for the day. I was picked up at the end of my work day. The drop off and pickup at the service desk was fast and efficient. When I went to the parking lot to go home, I had a nice surprise - my car was shiny and clean in a city full of salty dirty cars. :o)

Hi Randy, thanks for the feedback. I checked both Performance Kia and Kia Canada for proper order of your name and both seem to be correct. The mail outs sometimes refer to last name then first name which may look backwards but all good and correct. Hope you continue to enjoy that Sportage Regards Kevin

I was greeted with smiles all around, everyone was supportive as it was my first car. No one tried to sway my choice. They did anything they could to make me and my family happy. They still check in on me to ensure i am happy.
