Rotation of winter tires.

Told manager not to rotate tires had just been put on 2 weeks before and retorqued already. Now have to remember to come in and have it done again.

I am always satisfied with the service I receive at my Kia dealership. I needed an oil change,my last one prior to my final payment on my car. I was told how long it would take, and they were right on!! I was also given a complete run-down on how much longer my battery and tires would last before they need replacing. I appreciate the heads-up on those expenses. Then they washed my car and added a special coating to keep the finish like new. I really appreciate the staff, and am always treated with respect.

Car was brought in for new muffler and all around breaks and rotors. In the afternoon when we called for progress report, only back breaks had been done. No rotors, and the muffler hadn't even been ordered despite having made the appointment several weeks in advance. They took the car back in and completed the breaks and rotors at our insistence, but another appointment had to be made to have the muffler done. Very time consuming and inconvenient to have to bring the car back for yet another appointment.
