We were taken care of in every way imaginable! Cindy and her team thought of everything, from my health issues to our new baby and treated us like family! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Customers for life!

I don't say that lightly. Alyssa went above and beyond when helping me to buy my Kia Soul. I live in the north and was not able to attend the dealership, however, it was never an issue. Everything went smoothly and she even arranged for me to pick up my vehicle on the weekend, and even though I was late, the team waited for me! I cannot express my appreciation and satisfaction in dealing with Alyssa and the team at Performance Kia!

My experience was great. Cindy was very thorough and respectful. Cindy was very accomodating with all of my requests and provided me with lots of information. I especially enjoyed that she helped me make my first service appointment with Kia.

I am a loyal Kia customer I am on my 8 car with Performance Kia and I would not deal anywhere else. they treat you like family and it feels good everytime you walk into the shop.

I needed a paint pen as I had a scratch on my car, I texted Paul & he ordered it. When there was a delay, he called to let me know. When it came in he let me know & we made arrangements for it to get picked up for me as it was going to cost as much as I paid for it to have it mailed to me! I felt Paul was very helpful & courteous in getting me what I needed!

I took my new vehicle in for routine oil change and was offered a paint treatment (polish) for a nominal fee which I chose to do. I waited and left when complete. Everything was good - I thought. A week later as my car was parked in the bright sun, the swirl marks from a polisher across my hood were all you could see!!! And still is when the sun is on it. I emailed the dealership - no response at all. I then forwarded my email to my sales person and she responded that she had forwarded to the owner and service manager - still no response. I should not have to spend my valuable time chasing down people and going into the dealership to complain. Squeaky wheels should not be the only ones to see results. I bought a new car so I wasn't going in for service all the time! Very disappointed!

While we were onsite the service was great but he promise of follow-up with our concern did not happen. We were told we would be taken care of but were forgotten.
