Attentive and friendly instore service

I was greeted right away upon entering the shop and check in was quick and efficient providing me with a thorough explanation of what type of service was being performed.

The team at Thunder Bay KIA was very thorough with the inspection and found the reason for the unusual sound coming from our right back tire. Our other concern was not detected but has been noted and they will keep updates on the situation. Pleased with today's service

There were parts that had to be ordered which took time.i asked for a rental because in all it took a week to get my car back. Since this there is now another problem so car has to go back on Sep.23/16

We were having trouble with our Kia Rondo with loosing power. They were able to trouble shoot the issue very quickly . It did take longer than we had anticipated for the parts to come in. It was the better part of two weeks before the parts were in. Once the parts were in the car was repaired quickly
