Decent treatment, surprisingly affordable price.

Car wasn't ready by 5 as previously stated to me but staff worked diligently to make sure my car was ready before they went home. Price was less than I'd expected which was a very pleasant surprise. Overall happy with this appointment.Thanks to all involved. Never could get your coffee maker to work though, LOL.

Have not returned calls

We were told something was under warranty and to wait for the call to bring vehicle in. Time went by and no call. My husband phoned and person that answered had no idea what my husband was talking about and said to call the warranty manager. My husband has left several messages with no phone calls in return. Still waiting to hear something.

We have 2 cars 2011, 2013: All warranty service is done at Performance Kia. We intend to purchase a new Sportage in 2017 or a Niro hybrid when they become available.
