servicing of my Kia

I am pleased to let you know that, as usual, my latest experience with my Kia dealership was wonderful. I needed a regular servicing prior to a long trip I was about to take. My contact person was great in noticing that I had never had a level 4 service, and suggested that it would ensure that my trip would be safer if everything was checked out. So, I left on my 2000 mile trip without a worry. My Kia was at its usual best in performance, and no mishaps occurred. I feel very safe in my Kia, and in the hands of your dedicated service people. I am delighted to give my Kia dealership another A+ for their service.

We had some recall work done on our 2011 kia Sedona. The secondary hood latch was replaced and I have forgotten the other one, but they didn't have to replace they just did the undercutting on the individual piece.

We were so happy to stop at Kia to make an appt. but the receptionist told us we could have it done if we could wait awhile.. So we did! It was a nice treat to get a car wash with the Oil change too.. Very good service !! Thanks so much !

I have owned Kia's since 2003. The service department staff are friendly and call before they perform any work to your vehicle so you don't show up with an unexpected bill. Appointment are quickly scheduled depending on your needs. The courtesy shuttle driver is excellent.
