I just purchased my Kia Soul, Nat went out of his way to make my experience a great one. He was very friendly, courteous, very helpful in answering my many questions and didn't pressure me into making a quick choice. I am very satisfied with everyone at Kia. Thank you very much. I will be sure to recommend Kia.

Hello. Thank you for asking about my most recent experience. I found the service timely. Thank you. I spoke with a service specialist who was polite and friendly. He was able to answer all of my concerns so that I understood.There was an issue with my Kia that neede attention , and it was resolved. Thank you. I will be returning to have my Kia serviced again. Came for my scheduled oil change there was free coffee and other services kind and friendly service and at end of appointment I was told there was other problems with vehicle and it will be repaired at next scheduled appointment

When I bring my vehicle in for servicing every time everyone is always so cheerful & pleasant from the front line staff to the mechanics in the garage. I have been a long time customer of Kia & will continue to be because they treat me so well!!

Optima brought to dealership to investigate car not starting. Told battery drained because car parked for too long a time. Paid to replace it and then told only way to keep the battery charged was purchase battery minder at Canadian tire. I did so, plugged in and went out of town to work. 8 days later the car is not starting again. My service appt was made in April saying I needed to bring vehicle in June2 to switch winter to Sumner tires. When I got there there was no record of my appt. The emails are not a viable method of communication in my experience. Phoning me without notice is not an option most times. I seldom answer unsolicited phone calls. Until the last 2 years my Kia experience was very positive. It has been suffering lately. I look forward to better service my next contacts. There is warranty work I expect to fix the problem I am having with my vehicle. Currently. My experience through that will dictate if I will continue to count myself as one of those loyal to Kia vehicles and to the great service I received previously. Thanx Eileen izzard

Brought my car in for a wheel alignment and oil change. Steering wheel still isn't centered and still pulls to the right. A part was supposed to be ordered and I still haven't received a call saying its in or not. It could be the cause of the car pulling to the right even after I paid to have it fixed. When I booked the car in for the repair I was told it was a waiting appointment. Good thing I arranged to have the second family vehicle because the car wasn't ready for pick up until the end of the day. Also when booking it in for the oil change it was supposed to be free(first 5) and that was mentioned when I made the appointment. When I paid for the wheel alignment I was charged for the oil change. When I questioned it I was told I was to let them know so they could have it cleared through somebody who at the time finished for the day. I thought that was all taken care of when I booked the car in. I was happy they didn't charge me and took my word, but still annoyed. I feel like it was a lack of communication from the service desk. I left there when I booked the car being very happy with my experience, but disappointed from when the car went in to the time I picked it up.

Nat was great from the first step to the last. Very informative of the different vehicles I looked at and make sure I understood everything and was very thorough. I recommend Nat and Kia as my experience was top notch!

We had a great experience at kia. Paul and Ari were great. They worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted. Thanks guys and thanks kia we love our new suv. We will be back in a few years :)
