Friendly and helpful staff. If my car needs to be kept in for repairs, I can use the "complimentary" driver to take me home and pick me up. I feel comfortable phoning in for information or help of any kind.

My last service was fast and efficient. They replaced my stereo under warranty, provided transportation and even opened the doors early for my requested drop off. Within a day I had my car back as good as new (with a car wash to add).

We had been looking for a car for a while. I had some dealerships not even call me back. Kia was very helpful. We found our perfect car. Had it for two weeks and the battery died. Kia fixed it free they also heard a weird noise. So we took it back to the dealership a d again they fixed it free. I'm so great full for the amazing people at performance kia. We now own a reliable family but sporty vehicle.

I gave a verbal evaluation already, if you all had it together enough you would know this. If there was another option for service in the Thunder Bay area I would never return to performance Kia.

James, Shannon and Collin did a great job servicing my Volvo in a prompt, professional and welcoming way. I have been very impressed with the people and service. We will be back with the Volvo, the Mercedies, the Jaguar and the Porsche 911 C4 Cab as they need attention. Thank you, RWN III

I called late Thursday when I noticed I had picked up a nail near my sidewall, Performance Kia got me in the next morning, had stock for my Forte Koup & replaced rear tire that day
