The service staff were very helpful at rearranging my dates and sending reminders and notifications to me regarding my service appointment. I was able to get the work done a Saturday which was also very helpful.

Love Kia service! Jamie always goes above and beyond. Bob is the best Service manager. Had oil change and upgraded computer system. My Sorento hasn't had any stalling issues since! Very happy!

Although Shannon is great to deal with. The service centre itself has had 2 issues on my car ongoing for the last month... Knowing that I travel with my vehicle. At one point I was told they knew what one issue was but was unable to perform fix as their system was down. Next time I brought it in they said they would review their diagnostics and get back to me.... Car pulling to the left... Paid for a wheel allignment and was still pulling. They have found it was a different part which is covered under Warrenty. I am going to speak with that and ask for a refund on allignment as that was not what the issue was.
