The service manager was very courteous and thorough. She explained and went over all of the work that done. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend Kia to friends.

I've always had a good experience with the staff at Kia. They are informative and straightforward with me when I bring in my vehicle for service and I leave feeling satisfied the care of my car is in good hands. My last visit I had to take care of a number of issues and they also pointed out the warranty work that needed to be done, and they still got my vehicle back when I expected it.

The people at the service department are very knowledgeable ,helpful and they take very good care of me. Whether it be with a ride to work with or fitting me in when it's convenient for my schedule.

Brought Sorento in for two recalls and an oil change. Received a call that there was work on the SUV required and that the cost would be $3000.00. Asked if one of the items requiring repair was covered under warranty. Never received a call back if the item was under warranty. In the meantime, we have had the SUV repaired at another facility. Our experience with Kia has always been that they aren't on top of returning messages/calls. You have to physically go in to speak with someone.

Scheduled Oil Change We felt a slight hesitation/clunch when accelerating - James had staff take vehicle out. Didn't notice it, but put it on machine and realized a bolt was broken. Ordering new bolt.
