I was always a Ford man. My step son purchased a new Kia Forte. I thought to my self the car was built with caulity. And the fuel mileage was better then I expected. I saw the Rio and loved the hatch designe so I gouggt one with a Manuel transmission. And I'm glade I did. Cindy from Performance Kia. Helped me find one and took very good care of me with all my questions. She was delightful. And great to deal with

Trying to charge me for repairs that are covered under warranty is not very attractive in my eyes as a future customer. Trying to get out of covering repairs again , covered under warranty is also not attractive in my eyes.. not following up that the parts have been ordered and are in , perhaps ready to be installed ? to complete the repair is also not attractive in my eyes. I've owned other new vehicles and the dealership usually called when the parts are in ! Not , KIA Thunder Bay !
