The service was good, however, the wait was not and after several hours we finally took the shuttle home and I had to call to see if the veicle was ready.

We had taken our sportage in for an oil/filter change and was advised that we should also get our service done for the under coating and upholstery treatment service. They said that it would take an hour, three hours later and it still was not completed. This service took a total of 7 hours - 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Pick up took too long.

Regular oil change. Phoned and told car was ready just being washed. Waited 20 minutes before going there and had to wait 15 minutes before car was finally washed and I could leave.

If a person makes an appointment for a specific time, then make sure that the work on their car can start at that time and not an hour later.
