I came to Kia Performance by recommendation. You people have more than lived up to your reputation of excellence. I am impressed with the thoroughness of the checklist. I deal with people who are local, qualified, and personable. Again, you more than meet that criteria. The follow-up is also well done. a new veh driven around our city by a law abiding driver wears out within 33000 km. Cheap parts on the veh had to be replaced with very expensive repair bill

Fantastic work on my ram nothing to complain about the quality. I would like to note that I drop my truck off the night before for a 9am appointment and I when I came by at 11-12 ish it was just being pulled into the shop. I live in Fort Frances so when I'm in Thunder Bay I really need my wheels to get around. If there is something you can do to improve the time it. I'd gladly give it the five star if I saw this change

When I call to make an appointment, the staff tries to schedule my appointment where it works for me. If there is a problem they will guide me to do the best thing, whether to come in right away or in the near future.
