I am leasing a 2016 Forte. The person I lease from is Cindy Levanto-Kawahara in Thunder Bay. I have just recently had my first service experience after so many kilometers. Excellent service again.

Performance Kia did an oil change on my car this past August. I waited in the shop for it to be done and it was done in about an hour. My only nitpicks (and they are nitpicks) are that I didn't get the sheet to take home with me and they forgot to reset my oil change counter in my car but I figured out how to do it myself anyway :)

I went in for a recall replacement and asked for them to look at the front suspension since they were changing the control arm already. When I picked up my vehicle, they said everything was fine and sent me on my way. The vehicle is making loud knocking noises still in the front end and they failed to tell me that I had two burnt out light bulbs in my brakes. They were noted on the inspection sheet but no one told me or asked me to replace them. I wrote them a letter about poor service a few years ago and never heard back. I won't be buying another KIA.

Daniel I apolize for not proceeding with replacement of 2 rear brake bulbs. This should have been brought to your attention. We would like to take a look at your front end to find out the loud knocking noise. I see by your history that all items covered under Kia Canada Warranty have been completed.
