Very easy to deal with,, we'd looked all over the lower mainland and Kelowna for a replacement CX5 and Murray Mazda Chilliwack had what we needed.. Leon was great to work with, he assisted us while we were remote, and coordinated everything for an easy sale for when we got there..

My husband and I were in search of a vehicle for a while, until I found a listing for one from this dealership. It was posted for less than a day and Murray Mazda Chilliwack was able to accommodate us right away to see the vehicle. This dealership is by far one of the best I've seen in the lower mainland in my opinion. The staff is polite, experienced, informative, and they have great integrity. I can definitely say this was an amazing experience and well worth the drive from Langley. We look forward to visiting Murray Mazda Chilliwack in the future for anything vehicle related from now on. We want to thank the wonderful staff who helped us get our new suv, we are very happy and satisfied with it!

Always great customer service, and good car service. I've driven my 2007 Mazda 3 since I drove it off the lot in Chilliwack, 15 years ago, and been returning to the dealership for maintenance ever since. Hundreds of thousands of clicks later and its still rolling, reliable, and good on gas.

Just purchased my NEW 2021 CX30! What an amazing car buying experience I had at Murrey Mazda!. Best customer service ever! I like to thank Leon for making my car buying experience exciting and stress free. I would also like to reach out to Marilou for helping me in the finance department. She was super friendly, very easy to talk too and answered all my neccassary questions. Highly recommend buying a Vehicle here.

This dealership was amazing from the moment I first contacted them until the moment I purchased my new vehicle. I was new to the Mazda brand and was not 100% sold on it until I went to Murray's. Leon in sales, Ryley in finance and John at the service desk were all 10 out of 10! I can't say enough good things about the way I was treated and the quality of the CX-3 I purchased.

If i could give 10 stars i absolutely would. If your looking to buy a car, the team at Mazda is amazing. Jim was completely honest very helpful. Marilou and Jim went above and beyond to get me in a CX-3. I had some previous bad experiences at other dealerships in town. they made sure i was taken care of. Only one star for being “nice” enough. Otherwise they did absolutely nothing for us. We practically threw our money at them, they promised us a car and shook on the deal, we paid a deposit so it would be quote “our car”, a week later they couldn’t get said car anymore in the colour promised but they could get another colour. We respectfully declined as it was a lot of money for not getting what we wanted, but they didn’t offer anything else or try to help us in any other way? That was it. Then we had to call multiple times to get our deposit back.. thanks for nothing !
