Deal gone back..Not valued as a customer

Our experience with Jim the salesman at Murray Mazda was great during negotiations .. But that is as far as great goes with this dealership. We had a deal settled on including a trade as well... I won't get into the details of the sale BUT the next business day when the dealership called me I was told the deal was different than what we had agreed upon...I then told them to cancel the deal and they did not even try to explain or try to change my mind..Just said OK.. They offered no explanation except for that I was wrong .. Even going into the dealership the next day to get my deposit back I was offered no apology for any misunderstanding and no one tried to salvage the sale... I am extremely frustrated and disappointed as I was truly excited to purchase this vehicle and felt a good deal was negotiated... I feel very undervalued as a customer and that my business was not appreciated..

We are a Mazda family! We brought our Mazda3 in for its service appointment and test drove and test drove and bought a second one at the same time. The salesman listened to everything we wanted and found us our perfect car! All the staff we dealt with were friendly and professional!

I cannot say enough good things about the Chilliwack Mazda and our salesman Jim. We had honestly been to every dealership in the Lower Mainland trying to find my daughter her first car, a Mazda CX-30 GT, with a black interior and the Mica black exterior. At another dealership we had already paid a deposit, did a credit check and we’re promised the world and the car for our daughter within 10 days only to be left with broken promises and the sharp reality that the car we were expecting to purchase was not going to happen… that’s when Murray Mazda and Jim stepped in to save the day and made our wants into a reality. Jim found the exact car with the options my daughter wanted and made it work number wise as well. Jim spent a bunch of time setting the car up with my daughter and his follow up a week later to confirm we are happy and didn’t have any questions was refreshing in the day and age we live now. The service was impeccable and anyone looking for a Mazda I highly recommend at least calling Jim at Murray Mazda.

Leon is a great sales rep who listens to what you want as a customer and does his best to meet your needs and communicate with you in your preferred method of contact. Attentive without being overbearing. Marilou Will help you with your financing needs and is bright, a strong communicator and friendly and easy to work with. My entire experience with the staff there was positive - and how often can you say that about buying a car?!?

Excellent Service Department

I went in to have my winter tires put on my rims on Saturday. From the moment I stepped in the door I received nothing but exceptional customer service. John was super friendly, checked me in quickly, and made me feel important. Lorea at the reception desk, was also super friendly, even putting something interesting on the TV to help pass the time, and offered me coffee or tea. I happened to be there the day before Halloween, so most of the staff wore a costume. The atmosphere was fun, and professional. When my car was ready, fairly quickly to, I found that Tabitha had vacuumed it for me too. I must add she did an excellent job too. My whole experience with Murray Mazda Chilliwack was an extremely pleasant and enjoyable one. I will be going back for anything I need done, and I recommend Murray Mazda to anyone, who needs service!!!

I received very professional and excellent service while buying my mustang from Leon! He was patient and answered every question for me, even when he wasn't working. He's a great guy and made this deal problem free! Marilou handled my financing side of the car very professionally. It was super smooth and she also was excellent in answering all my questions before proceeding to the next steps.
