I brought my car in for servicing this past week. There was an error made on the proper tire sizing for my car. I called and left a message for Jose. He called me back and we discussed and I brought my car back in to get the proper size tires put on my car. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism i received from Lucian and Jose. I felt that they were willing to do whatever it takes to make me a happy customer. Jose even offered to do dishes at my house! LOL. I would recommend Murray Mazda to anyone needing service to their vehicle. The customer service is over and above what I expected. I am a very happy customer. Thanks Guys! :)

They got my appointment time wrong, then didn't even detail my car after the service appointment like they said they would. No follow-up call when it was done, and nobody in service answered calls the three times I tried when I was attempting to confirm it was done before I drove out. Not interested in going back.
