Our experience at Murray Mazda while purchasing a new CX3 was excellent. We were made very welcome and after a impressive test drive, all our queries about part exchange, finance, technical details and hand over were answered very satisfactorily. The sales staff, in particular Jackson Boyle, were very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable, and we were happy to complete the transaction. We would happily recommend Murray to anyone wishing to acquire a Mazda.

Their service department tried to scam my friends girlfriend. Made up a bunch a non existent issues and proceeded to charge her over a $1000. However when she got a second opinion at Canadian Tire service department they found zero issues. Extremely unethical practice. I'm a proud Mazda owner so I'm disappointed this occurred. I'm reporting this to the CEO on LinkedIn

Your Service Manager Jose deserves accolades and and a huge THANK YOU from management for his ability to carry the Mazda brand as no other. My wife has been a Mazda client for over 10 years; and with Jose for most of it - here in Pitt Meadows and obviously we followed him to Murray in Chilliwack. Jose just makes it right for us....ALL THE TIME. I run my own business, so I understand the impact that customer service has on the business success. Jose has fixed every challenge (rats in the engine to brake jobs). He is knowledgeable with his craft and takes the time to explain in laymen's terms our car's health and welfare. We have a 7 year old and need to feel confident that our car is a safe as possible - being a family Man, Jose even understands that. I own a Toyota Tundra, only because Mazda does not build a truck big enough for my job!! I have decided that Jose and his Team will do all the service work on my truck...for the rest of time.....sorry Toyota. Loyalty and Professionalism are two dying arts in our society today. You have the ultimate "Company Man" with Jose. Treat him like the Jem he is. Thank You, Dave Duncan President Turf Health Products Co.

Was planning on purchasing a new vehicle in December, however my vehicle decided NOW was the time instead. I dealt with Jim Philips and couldn't have asked for a better salesman! He was honest, didn't give any run-around, made the entire situation feel as seemless as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend Murray Mazda and Jim Philips to anybody I know in the market to purchase a new vehicle! Thank you so much for making a crazy situation feel like no bother at all. P.S. - My new 2021 CX-5 GT drives like a dream and the Bose sound system is fantastic! <3
