My CX5 had just recently run out of warranty and my check engine light came on. I brought the car in and they did diagnostics and really couldn't pin point the issue as there were many things that could be the cause. José in the service department told me he had my back and would help me through this ( well I didnt believe him at all, been there done that with another dealer) Josè really went to bat for me he called Mazda Canada countless times on my behalf to try and have them cover testing and recommended replacement parts. I had my car in several more times over a few months. Finally they found the issue and there was not even the expected Giant bill for me in the end ,Between Josè and Mazda Canada they covered it all. I just cant express what an amazing surprise it was that Mazda and José really did have my back! From the bottom of my heart thank you for everything just outstanding service and John at the service desk was an absolute delight to deal with. I would recommend if you are in the market for a new vehicle try a Mazda I love mine so much and really amazing people at our local Murray Mazda in Chilliwack. Bought in 2018, wasn't told about $12k worth of damage on vehicle until I arrived at the dealership from out of town. Found out upon further review of my contract that I was charged $2000 more for a vehicle than advertised in exchange for a "good trade in value" and paid $2500 for a warranty that only lasted 2 years rather than the 5 that was agreed upon.

leon and tyler went above and beyond service to me.i am in custormer service for over 40 years.i know what it is.these guys at murry masda nailed it.had a small problem after 2 days these gus were on it.got my car back the same day.cant ask for anymore.keep up the great work.i will not hesitate to refer you.
