Excellent customer service from both Sales and Service team

My experience with this dealership has been really good. They always reply to my emails quickly, within a couple of hours. After the deal, I expected the email replies to take longer and customer service to go down a little bit but it is still the same - EXCELLENT. Found a couple of small issues with my car after purchase but Matt from Sales and Natascha from Services coordinated a service appointment for me and fixed those issues as quickly as possible.

SHOPPER BEWARE! They required a deposit to hold a car I was thinking about getting. Promised the deposit would be refunded if I decided not to get the car. Repeated attempts to get my deposit back have failed. If you want a Hyundai go to another location.

Great service, kind of rushed but friendly

Very good experience but was told the winter tires were on when the summer ones were and was not told how to function inside of vehicle. otherwise really great!

Matt is very friendly and isn't like your typical car dealer. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and didn't pressure me to buy on the first visit. He is very knowledgable and took time to show me all of the features on the vehicle. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used!
