I love my new car and I have Empire Auto and Deepak to thank for that. I wanted to wait til I had made my drive to work for the week to see the mileage on the car to write my review. As Deepak said my Kia Optima is amazing on fuel amd oh so comfy as well with all the bells and whistles. i got an excellent vehicle for a reasonable price and was ready for pick up in less then a week can not thank them enough. My only minor complaint is that I had hoped it would be a full tank of gas when I picked up the car and it was only a quarter of a tank lucky it was more then enough to get to and from work. As I left for work as soon as I picked the car up. *update switched my review to 5 stars as I was contacted after posting my review and was brought in to fill er up on them. I am extrememly happy and impressed at the staff going out of their way for you every time. 😁*

Just got my bmw from empire auto. So happy and love the new suv. Everyone I have dealt with in there has been very kind and very helpful with everything. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very dissatisfied with our service today as I had an appointment at 10am for a simple oil change and tire change. Was told it would take about an hour and a half, which turned into a 4 hour!!!!!! wait after asking why it was taking so long they told us it was due to shortage of workers, if you were understaffed then why are you taking in so many clients when you don't have the hands for it, not my first bad experience here. Only coming back for the free oil changes that we received from them. If your looking for a place quick and efficient this is NOT the place to go.

You guys are amazing! From the first day we talked we weren't sure it was going to work as I was financing from another place but then they offered us a Dodge Journey that we didn't really want we were set on the Hyundai Santa Fe! Mark worked his magic like crazy and got it approved for us after it was denied! A huge thank you to Mark and Dillion. Dillion driving out of his way for us to sign paper work. To Mark working his magic and getting us what we want. We are very pleased to be apart of the empire auto group! And will continue to be with you guys. We look forward to seeing yous this week! Had a amazing time great service they even gave me a check for my first payment went out of there way to get me the Features that I was looking forward to accommodate my baby and my other children I highly recommend them great service amazing people amazing cars
