Hats off to the man Mr.Deepak. I would love to comeback to him anytime for a car and he worked hard for getting us what we needed. Very responsive, patient and polite.

I just got financed when no one could get me financing at 29.9% I called Kareem at Empire Auto Group and he got me 9.9%. I'm so happy and delighted by the way Empire Auto Group take the burden off people with bad credit, especially me. What a wonderful Christmas they gave me this year. If anyone is looking for financing go to these guys!

Dee was outstanding he got me into the vehicle of my dreams, I came in not knowing much about my credit and he went out of the way to give me a free credit consultation, I felt like I was at home. They really do treat you like family at Empire. Thank you Dee and empire for getting me into my new 2019 Nissan Altima :)

Just picked up my vehicle from Empire their staff was great and couldn't be happier with my new 2020 Hyundai Sonata. I didnt have the best credit and their team went above and beyond to get me the best rates out there. I will be recommending all my family and friends there! Thank You!

We have made a deal with them and sent an email transfer then recieved a call that the deal was cancelled coz they get a higher offer. Was so disappointed! Our family was excited and made a deal then cancelled last minute. Unprofessional experience. *** Response to the reply: I told the manager that i would take the previous offer and would borrow money from a friend but I was told over the phone and i quote "I cant give you the deal coz there are lots of offer higher than your offer, and do you know how much was the price of it online. I cant give you the car. We will give your money back or you can pay us *****.00" end quote. I felt degraded and devastated at that point. I waited 15 mins outside the office after giving my counter offer and at the end willing to give in to the amount was told. but still was told there are higher offers. We are offering full cash payment and not going to a financing. Anyhow, deal has been cancelled and we were thrown out of the bus. Have a great day and Godbless your business!

Hello Tupexpress, I do remember of an incident that happened last week as it rarely occurs at any of our locations. You were told a selling price by one of our sales persons which you then counter offered at a very unreasonable price where he could not make that decision up for himself and would need a manager's approval, as no manager was present at the time of the offering the sales person could neither decline or accept that offer, where he proceeded to take a deposit pending approval of price from a manager. The vehicle was put on hold for you, and the following day it was brought to a managers attention where the offer was declined as it would financially not be feasible for us. There was never once that the sales person promised a deal as it was clearly stated that it would be pending approval. They offered you multiple other offers that were more then generous but you declined to do the deal and we sent your money back. No bill of sale was signed nor agreement. The vehicle was merely on hold for you pending approval. If you have anymore questions please don't hesitate to call me at 519-659-0888.

My experience with Empire Auto Group has been nothing short of amazing. Deepak was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and very timely with all of my emails/texts. I am still blown away at the ease and how quickly things worked out. From my initial inquiry to receiving keys, the service was impeccable. THANK YOU!!
