Best place to find a car even with bad credit. Very friendly and polite staffs. Shawn was my rep and he took his time, helped me to find a car that is affordable and perfect for my goals. He is a very down to earth and compassionate person with great service and values.Excellent coustomer service. You deserve more stars. We bought a 2014 used car and got some minor issues after the 30 days warranty window. Unfortunately, we could not find and report that issue in time as we went out of the country and came after a month. (Still, the odometer was less than 1000 Km after the sale) We reached them to fix it but faced some hard times to get it fix. Later, Mr. Deepak and the showroom manager helped us to get a deal. Overall, very supportive sales and service team PS: They will take care of everything if we inform the issue within the 30days/1000KM after the sale.

This dealership DID NOT have both of us sign a auth form to run are credit or ask us Verbally say yes to do so they took it upon them selfs to do it, I legally can't auth them to run my co-buyers credit and I surely did not appove them to run my credit ....so I'm trying to get ahold of all banks to strat a investigation .just so you know my review I have been going to this dealership for many years and you think if you come back they would treat you like vip service since we sent like 3 people and they brought. We wanted to make a decision and they kept forcing and demanding us to sign loan papers we said no ....I highly don't recommand this dealership they made us feel very uncomfortable about the hole ordeal ....

My partner has a vehicle through your company. You actually deserve a 0 star rating for your interactions and selling off vehicles that are falling apart and passing them off as safe. She has had nothing but issues with your company and she's had the vehicle for 5 months. You are currently replacing back breaks but ignoring the main issue of the motor mount which 2 other mechanics said was a hazard and you are saying it doesn't even need to be replaced. Your company is shady and I've been there to experience it with my own eyes. None of my reviews are from Alberta as I've never even gone there. I do reviews mostly in London Ontario and I have a 5 star rating with almost 10000 views. Indoor accommodations is my preference but everyone needs to know about this dealership. If you want a vehicle that's gonna last you I wouldn't recommend Empire.

I love my new car and I have Empire Auto and Deepak to thank for that. I wanted to wait til I had made my drive to work for the week to see the mileage on the car to write my review. As Deepak said my Kia Optima is amazing on fuel amd oh so comfy as well with all the bells and whistles. i got an excellent vehicle for a reasonable price and was ready for pick up in less then a week can not thank them enough. My only minor complaint is that I had hoped it would be a full tank of gas when I picked up the car and it was only a quarter of a tank lucky it was more then enough to get to and from work. As I left for work as soon as I picked the car up. *update switched my review to 5 stars as I was contacted after posting my review and was brought in to fill er up on them. I am extrememly happy and impressed at the staff going out of their way for you every time. 😁*

Very dissatisfied with our service today as I had an appointment at 10am for a simple oil change and tire change. Was told it would take about an hour and a half, which turned into a 4 hour!!!!!! wait after asking why it was taking so long they told us it was due to shortage of workers, if you were understaffed then why are you taking in so many clients when you don't have the hands for it, not my first bad experience here. Only coming back for the free oil changes that we received from them. If your looking for a place quick and efficient this is NOT the place to go.
