Was able to get an appt quickly. Once there, service was prompt, was given a ride to work and also picked up from work once vehicle was repaired. Will be purchasing my next vehicle there also.

New wiper blades installed

Called Andrew about replacing crappy wiper blades on newly purchased used vehicle. He advised me that he would need to get them from the Hyundai dealership. He called me back the next day to advise that he had sent someone to get them that day and would call me back when he had them, which he did later that day. Brought the vehicle in for Andrew to replace wipers. When trying to change the rear windshield wiper, he inadvertently snapped the wiper arm in half. He had to then order this part from Hyundai which he did, but it would not be in until the following week. He called me when he had the part and the vehicle was brought in to get it replaced and new wiper installed. I was pleased with Andrew's customer service in this instance.
