No issues with service department per se, but major delays caused by MOPAR backorder.

Had problems with my pneumatic suspension on my 2014 RAM 1500 just before Christmas. Vehicle was not drivable. Local dealer, Laurentian Chrysler was able to look at issue promptly but the compressor needed to be replaced and the MOPAR part was backordered. It took over 2 weeks for the part to be delivered and installed!!!!. This is my fourth Chrysler product and have never encountered anything like this before. Love the truck, but this was a major inconvenience. A delay of this length is simply not acceptable.

I had problems with my longhorn, with Curtis the salesmen I trade it in for a 2017 Laramie . he was not pushy , but he was very professional. it was Christmas and he made my life a little easier. this new laurentian Chrysler is 100 times better than the one that was there before
