They did not have the time to look at it right way because of the three day closer for New Years.. But after the holidays when they were able to look at it , they were very thorough . Changing battery and other things related to the job .Complety satisfied. Barb Swain

The staff were excellent. The diagnosis of the engine light was the problem. The possibility of a new transmission in a vehicle with 10,000 kms is unacceptable! We have bought Dodge for many, many years....we are not impressed by this.

I was unimpressed the first time I went to Laurentian: this changed on the second visit, when it was explained that due to the layout of the current building staff had assumed that I had come through from the repair area. The second time was different: I got excellent service and bought a car.

For one when you go there they check my truck quick then tell me they'll call that day well a week and half later try to call get answering service and never a call back then called Andy and he got me in for first thing in the morning just to find out that my truck sat there 75% of the day and I had to call just to hear there's nothing wrong mean while roughly two weeks before that I went for a drive with a tech and he heard the noise any how the service department told me that the tech took it out twice and it's normal noise well the last time it did this it was the transfer case and to add insult to injury they tell me you shouldn't have it in 4x4 when the roads are dry honestly they think I'm that stupid really ready to start going to the south end
