I loved the service oilchange took longer but it is more detailed and thorough than going into a 15 minute or 20 min somewhere else lets face it less time isnt sufficient in detecting a problem

Lack of communication about warranty

Truck went in with a engine light on, found out it was a fuel problem. After further investigation was determined there was metal shavings in my fuel tank and the injectors were bad. All parts were backed ordered and I was without a work truck for almost 3 weeks. After repaired I got hit with a bill for cleaning out a fuel tank and system that should have been covered under warranty to my expectations. Also I had a full tank of fuel in the truck when dropped off to find it with barely enough in it to make it to gas station. Once again I’m out money on fuel, and a heavy repair bill and the cost of hiring someone to perform my work because I was with out a truck. I will highly consider getting my TRUCKS serviced elsewhere. Sincerely Darren Lalonde

Job was done on a timely manner but the price on the brake parts were a little high especially on a winter day

Servicing was complete on time. Warranty work was inspected and all parts required were ordered. Vehicle is scheduled for part replacement now.
