Jeep Patriot rear windshield washer fluid was coming inside the rear dome light rather ant outside on the windshield

The Jeep was repaired by replacing the 3rd brake light assembly. The repairs were done in the time period that Laurentian committed too, with no hassle at pick up.

The service dept and the repair were done very quick. No complaints with that. Only complaint is why it wasn't fixed the first time right. Had to bring the vehical back after approx 2 weeks because the same repair failed.

I have had nothing but issues since the day I bought my vehicle. Being told the person who sold me the vehicle she would give me 2 years of free oil changes and purchase my mats for me, to that not being done, and being ignored by sales rep. Having to wait long periods of time for recalled parts, after receiving a letter and phone call to come in and get the recalls fixed, when I call to get the response "oh they are delayed", then why make that phone call? Would be easier to wait for parts to be in stock and then call customer. To bringing my vehicle in and letting the service department know 3 times about issues I have been having, being told they will be fixed and all 3 times nothing was done. Spoke to someone who called about my experiences and was told she would forward to a manager who would call me within a day and 2- 3 weeks later no phone call at all. Poor customer service from the beginning. Then getting a phone call asking if I wanted to trade my vehicle in, I said yes I was interested but really didn't want to go through the hassles that I have been for the last 2 years, to be told that someone would contact me and again no contact what so ever. On a positive note, when I did go into the service department, staff was always friendly!

remote do not start the truck

brought my 2500 in because remote does not work so it took 1 and a half week to get it fix but the problem was with the rental they got me. had to pay an extra 300dollars for insurance that's not supply and try to get info of whats going on they don't bother calling you back left instruction on who to callwhen truck that never went no where not good service wouldn't you say

Service department is a complete scam!! My wife brought her jeep in for warrenty work and they said it needed 1000 dollars worth of work....it was at a mechanics only days before to have the winter tires on it and i asked to have them look it over!!! Total scam !!!! Preying on people that dont know better i have bought 2 vehicles from you and will never again!!!!!

8000km First Appointment
