They did what I ask them to do. It was a simple fix thanks again. The key battery was dying.

Service was excellent but the parking lot is horrible, no place to park when I dropped off my truck. Hopefully the new business will have better parking space

All staff were courteous and helpful, however the truck was not brought into the shop on the day of the appointment, communication from service department did not happen as committed and truck bumper parking assist sensor missing when I picked up my truck.

Booked test drive at dealer and was advised vehicles would be ready when I got there. Upon arrival, nobody knew anything about it. Eventually purchased a used vehicle. Second day I had the vehicle I had to bring it in to get power seat fixed. Was told someone would call when part was in. Nobody did. I had to go in. Seat was fixed. A month and a half later, the check engine light came on. Made an appointment and was told it was a faulty O2 sensor and was told I should take it to the brand dealer to fix as they were not going to fix it. Then the wipers needed replacement. They are " supposed" to be covered by Laurentian's 3 month promise to be replaced at no charge to me. Called to see if I needed to make an appointment. Was told by Andrew he would check to see if they had them and he would call me back. It has been over 24 hours and I have not received a callback. How long does it take to check on wipers?? Very frustrated by this lack of service.

Had appointment at 8:30 am to have battery saver mode checked out. Dropped truck off at 7:30. Drove by several times that morning and truck was still in same spot. Called at noon and was told they were busy and truck didn’t make it into shop and may have to reschedule. Got a call an hour later saying truck is ready. When I picked it up, was told they scanned for codes and checked batteries ( both of which I had already done and let them know) and when I went out to the truck the battery saver mode was on again. In my opinion, it was a complete waste of my time and I have a truck that half the time I can’t use the heated seats, steering wheel etc if it’s cold outside. All this on a two month old 2018 truck.
