Santa Fe went in for a recall item. Booked for 08.30 but it was mid afternoon before I got the car back. They did wash it this time!

When it comes to "drop off" appointments such as in your case, we do try our very best to get our customer's vehicles in as quickly as possible. However, appointments where people have booked and requested to wait for their vehicle to be serviced, those will typically take priority. Next time, if you are in need of your vehicle sooner, you may want to consider letting us know that you would prefer to wait and we can schedule your appointment for a day and time that will be more convenient for you. I leased a car with them and was new to the city. Matt was clear and honest and very accessible. The whole organization made me feel like if I had any problems I could go back and ask.

A very nice experience. The sales person was able to answer all of our questions. The sales manager worked out a deal favorable to both of us. The financial manager showed us different options for us to choose from.
