waiting area is comfortable, I was kept up to date on progress, staff is polite and well informed. the car was clean when returned after service.

Took me 2 weeks to get an appointment to have a serious problem with my car looked at. Once I got into the shop, every one was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Spring tune-up including change over of winter tires for all season tires. Dropped vehicle the afternoon prior to my scheduled appointment and asked if the work could get completed as early as possible the next morning as I had to go on an unexpected road trip. Received a call later that afternoon saying they pushed the work through and my vehicle was ready. Was able to pick it up early the next morning and on my road trip much sooner then expected. Great job by all and very much appreciated by me!!
