Vehicles should be checked over better before releasing them.

Vehicles should be checked before their delivery time so that everything has been done properly and as noted. Ours wasn't done properly, but once returned Haldimand did take care of everything. Items were as follows: ran out of gas (on empty), rust protector poorly installed and not safe, waxing not removed, rear lift door continually kept coming back down right after opening which was a recall. Thanks for taking care of all of this for us.

Gary from haldimand helped me with my decision between two cars that I was debating to buy. I don't even think that it was his job. He was helpful & curtious. He made my buying experience wonderful. I will recommend haldimand to my friends and family.

I love all the assortment of cars. The fact that it is so pressure free. The ability to try out various cars and take your time to make the decision. The salesmen are very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to other people. Love it

I am on my 4th vehicle from Haldimand Motors. I have been happy with all of them but did have problems with the last one purchased a month ago. I brought the issues to the service departments attention but was sceptical about what level of service would be performed. James and the service team amazed me! I was given a loaner car and all of the issues with the car were fixed PROPERLY and without question! Thanks James, John and the whole team at Haldimand Motors for the great Customer Service!

I like the car and did but it but waiting with a small child was difficult . If we sat with the sales person sooner our child at have been less impatient

Great service. We tested the cars we were interested in and then we wrote up the purchase. The sale-rep was great. We were informed the next morning that we qualified for financing.
