Kept us on the hook for a car (was going in tomorrow to take it) and the car was already sold LAST FRIDAY! Ian neglected to inform us until a "oh by the way..." phone call today. Poor customer service, will never recommend, and it looks like others are having the same problems! Isn't that called Bait and Switch??

This is my 4th brand new car from Provincial. Why do I keep coming back? Their customer service is the best. No high pressure tactics, answer any questions you have on any vehicle, give you all the options and if something isn't right, they go out of their way to ensure they make it right. Anne did a great job with my family. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

When I was first a customer of Provincial, I was extremely disappointed as I had a lemon-like vehicle, and there was terrible miscommunication between departments. Since then, I have nothing but admiration for the service employees as they treat me with respect, royalty and honesty. Big shout out to John Skelton, Kevin Woods and Morgan Stewart for everything they've done for me this past year!
