While car shopping is very daunting Bill was good at responding to all questions and providing some releif to anxiety.

In past i have had issues with some Management at Provincial Chrysler, dealing with BIll has lessened my concern. It was due to BIll's no pressure and informative approach is why i took this step, I would recommend Bill to my friends.

It is always our intention to provide customers with the best service possible. Unfortunately, from time to time we miss meeting customer expectations. Throughout the day we have busier times than others, and we try our best to accommodate everyone’s schedule. The service department handles between 80 and 100 vehicles daily and majority of the time there is no issues. After meeting with my service team on this matter we came up with some procedure and scheduling changes to hopeful prevent this from happening in the future. As a token of appreciation for your lost time I have set up in our system 1 no charge oil change that can be used towards your vehicle. In addition I have asked that a no charge loaner be available to you when setting up your vehicle appointments in the future so that if we do need to unexpectedly keep your vehicle over night that you do not have the inconvenience of driving back and forth to the dealership. Thank you for sharing your very frustrating experience with me. Thankfully, people like you let me know where we go wrong so that I can correct those circumstances in the future. My recent purchase was a long time overdue. I visited Kevin on a regular basis inquiring about different vehicles and taking them for test drives. Not once did I ever feel pressured in anyway to buy right away. He knew when I was ready, I would be back to see him. He is very informative and patient. I definitely would recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. The staff at Provincial Chrysler is top notch!!

I was happy with Bill's approach and the way he supported us throughout our purchase. He made sure to keep us informed well in advance and went out of the way to make sure that we were comfortable. Bill ensured that the vehicle was clean and in a good shape when it was delivered to us.

Drew is professional, very helpful and a very easy person to talk to. I never once felt pressured. He answered all my questions to satisfaction.
