Customer service is always awesome at provincial Chrysler.from the sales department to service to lube bay, parts and body shop

My son had brought in my car which he takes care of. He goes else where for oil changes. Provincial has always given me excellent service and was trying to teach my son about taking care of a car. I spoke to him directly on the phone and even though they were busy and near the end of day he took the time to explain to me as well as my son what services were going to be provided. The engine light was on and wasn't sure if due to further investigation or maybe just fluids were possibly leaking or maybe battery issues. I realize it's a 10 minute quick lube but he was very respectful, helpful and took the necessary time to make sure customer satisfaction was granted. I just hope my son learned something which I feel after Eric taking care of him he did learn. It's not about the cost of service but service provided. I rate Eric 10 out of 10!!

We met Bill at the Chrysler tent sale at Sears. He showed us several vehicles and ended with the 2014 Dodge Journey limited edition.It suited our needs perfectly. He was able to craft a deal that suited us both and with great service from the financial team we feel we got a great deal.

I have serviced my vehicles at numerous dealerships and am confident that Provincial provides some of, if not the best service in the area. None of the bait and switch or sudden large markups that I have seen elsewhere, just comprehensive and professional service.

I brought my car in the morning for service due to a airbag warning light staying on constantly as well as the car needing a oil change. I was given a ride home by the dealership. I was kept informed by phone by Dan of the service being done as well as my car needing a new cabin air filter. Dan phoned me when the car was ready as well arranging a ride to pick me up at home and taking me back to the dealership. I was happy with the service done on my car and please with the kindness and professional manner shown by the people who work at the dealership.

I needed an oil change so I went to the express lane at Provincial Chrysler. I was able to have my oil changed in a timely manner and was treating friendly by the staff. I am happy with the overall experience and service I received.

I was told oil change would take 30 min and it took almost 90 min Dan seemed aggravated with the process and did not seem to care that i was waiting

Unfortunately we are forced to service all heavy duty trucks like your Ram 2500HD in the back shop and cannot accommodate in the Mopar Express Lane were oil changes can be done under 30 minutes. We have determined the issue that kept you waiting and we were at fault for the wait as we had an employee not fill your order promptly. As a token of goodwill, your next oil change by us will be at no charge, and rest assured it will be under 40 minutes even though it must go into the back shop. Thank you for bring to my attention.
