Fast, Friendly and Efficient

Brought my van in with a nail in the front left tire and Eric and crew found it and fixed it super fast with no appointment and I was on my way in less than a half hour. Couldn't be more pleased.

Completed a battery maintenance and check. Installed new gaskets for engine header (to prevent rad fluild from leaking) Everything was up front and honest. I felt like I was treated very fair. Dan is a keeper!

Jeep grand cherokee broken side mirror

My wife brought jeep in and asked to checktire pressure as the tire pressure light was on and replace mirror, had to wait a couple days for part. She was informed that a 55 point inspection was completed. Light was and still is on! Mirror replacement was done. We question whether 55 pt inspection was actually done since tire pressure was not corrected!

My Oil change experience

I came in for an Oil change and Eric told me I have few tire rotation on my service plan which I have not used yet and they expire when I get to 100,000 KM. I was already at 90,489 km, so I decided to use it or lose it. During the tire rotation the brakes were check and Eric suggested I had 80% wear or the rear and 65% wear on the front and I should consider a brake job sooner than later.

I was most please with you providing me with a rental unit while my vehicle was being repaired. I just returned from vacation and put approximately 1,000 km on the vehicle. The rear brakes took some time to wear in, initially when applying the brakes the steering wheel had significant vibration and wobble. It's much less now and the main repair compliant was what sounds like a loose screw rolling in the center console..... has returned. So I'm disappointed with the outcome.
