Salesman (Cody) was knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Showed us the models we were interested in as well as color pallets that were available so we had the full picture in regards to what was available. Finance staff was thorough and friendly. We have already recommended the dealership to others.

Sold me a Chevy Colorado with a damaged bumper that was hidden from me. Asked me to get the crack in the window fixed from autopac so he didn't have to fix it. I aske hime to clean off the price sticker 3 time from the window - never done. Asked for a fare price - with the bent bumper I don't believe I paid a fare price. Extra charges were on the bill of sale which were not agreed upon - I found this out when I got to the bank to get a certified cheque. and even after I was given the right amount to get the certified cheque he still left charges on the bill that were not agreed upon. They had to send me a cheque for the difference.

The sales man cody that took us on the test drive was awesome not pushy at all 10/10. But I felt like the accounting man joe was to persistent. After saying I didn't want optional warranty he began to tell me the chances of getting the loan without it were Slim and just pushed it. After saying a didn't want it multiple times I just agreed so we could move on. Made me feel like reapplying with out the warranty was a wast of time.

Took my 2014 Cruze in for regular maintenance check. With Murray Chev's friendly reminders, I am able to pay close attention to my warranty. As always, my Service Advisor was friendly, helpful, and efficient. As were the other service staff who attended to my vehicle. I would recommend Murray Chevrolet to anyone.

I was in an accident and tried the MPI trial and brought our car into Murray Chev for one stop claim/repair. Auto repairs done to vehicle included painting, and dent removal. They did a wonderful job. Thank you.
