oil change and inspection. if someone is spending there own time completing surveys to help your business, im not sure you need to be stiklers on the 20 word thing! My time not yours! Like being in middle school.

The intake process was handled by Chris (female) and was quick and efficient. The services provided were an airbag recall and the replacement of my front 'bow tie' due to a condensation issue. Ryan informed me when booking my appointment that the appointment would likely require 2 hours, and he was correct. I was updated by Chris (male) after approximately an hour, and then Ryan let me know when the work had been completed and escorted my to the payment office. I was treated very professionally and courteously throughout the appointment.

Asked for vehicle maintenance to be done and check into brake noise, was told it would not take any longer than till noon, at 11 a.m. I ask how its going and was told that it would take till three I could not wait as I was promised 12 noon time frame. I asked for my vehicle back and he wanted to re-schedule but I said no as I could not trust that the work would get done. The service rep was un apologetic and taken aback by me wanting to leave. This is not professional conduct. I usually get good service but not this time

Put on new tires, coolant flush,transmission flush,front end alignment. They replaced stabilizer bar in rear that was making a noise. We thought the shocks needed replacing, they took it for a test drive and discovered the shocks were still good but stabilizer bar needed replacing and we needed new tires.
