Service advisor, Chris Mark was able to obtain GM partial support for strut replacement, notwithstanding my 2015 Tahoe had exceeded the warranty mileage.

At a routine service visit, it was determined that the struts on my 2015 Tahoe were in need of replacement. I was drawn to my attention that I had exceeded my warranty mileage, but not time, and as such, I would be responsible for at least a portion, if not all, of the repair cost.. without my even having to ask, my service advisor, Chris Mark, was able to secure GM support for most of the repair cost.

Great Customer Service

Great customer service for both service department and shuttle services. Waiting time is not excellent but overall, great experience. I bought my car from other dealer but tried servicing once in Murray Chevrolet. I won't go in other dealer service department.

Bad customer service

Came in for a deal on alignments, I didn't really need one but wanted to get one cause my 2015 silverado was pulling a little to one side the deal on the alignment was 95$ for a four wheel alignment, when I got there it cost me over 160$ and though what went wrong I though I would get the deal plus tax but then the mechanic was talking about my aftermarket wheels and that it's a extra cost and they had to fix the camber and castor and that it took a little more time then they normally do, at the end of the day I feel cheated I have a normal mechanic that I take my truck to with no extras or hassle after this experience I will work out the last of my warranty and not come back and tell my friends and family todo that same not to mention I had my girlfriend buy her new 2014 Chevy Cruze at THIS dealership I feel if the price was going to jump by that much that I should have at less gotten a call to see if I still wanted to do the work, not happy..

All point inspection and oil change

I received incredible customer service and the people I spoke to, and the courtesy drivers were incredible. This is more of a continuing issue post inspection. I had mentioned that my brakes were squeaking when I took the vehicle in. I was told that the brakes were inspected and all was in good working order. My brakes continue to squeak and have gotten worse. I will have to bring my vehicle in again, perhaps to a different location.

Excellent customer service which made me feel like they care

My reason to get service done was due to a recall on my vehicle. I was greeted by an agent with a smile, who was courteous and efficient. The shuttle driver was pleasant and got me to and from my destination in a safe and efficient manner.

Outstanding performance and reliable customer service

My free oil change (under warranty) had expired due to kilometers....1,000 km past the limit. The dealership covered the cost for this as I wasn't aware of the km limit! Very appreciative.
