I just bought a Nissan Rogue. Firstly I spoke with Nora. There is nothing bad I can say about her at all. I really feel like I have made a good friend in just a couple days. Shawn and Sam found my dream car with just me saying what I was looking for in an suv. They both were very friendly and efficient. I really did feel like they were trying to make customers happy. My experience there was nothing but positive and I definitely suggest anyone see the 3 of them for the best results

Thank We appreciate your feedback, in response to the situation regarding poor service, the dealership has stipulations that need to be met. When financing at the time you asked us to bend the rules and ignore the stipulations that the bank required in order to meet the full approval. We as dealer partners with the bank can not bend rules or ignore stipulations. Thank you again for your feedback.

Thank you for your feedback, in this case us the dealer partners cannot participate in a straw deal and once you were attempting to provide more than one applicant at the time in order to gain a full approval caused our investigation team internally to flag your application at which point we could no longer proceed, sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot finance you.
