Deepak was great, made it easy to buy a first car. I had taken it in for a pre safety after noticing a broken fog light before driving it off the lot. Turns out my stabilizer links were loose, along with the broken fog light my tires were also no good. They did the right thing and replaced the tires and told me they’d fix the fog light. I now keep getting the run around saying they keep ordering the wrong one so I’ve had to go ahead and replace that myself which is a shame because the beetle I have bought is beautiful and the sales department was good. Rating a 2 star because the service department went back on their word of fixing my fog light and I think that’s pretty tacky. Edit: they have refunded me for the fog light and even installed it for me! Hesham was a delight to deal with and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. Changed my rating to 5 stars.

Words can’t even describe how horrible this company is. I bought a 2018 dodge caravan a few months ago and the van is complete trash. All they do is give me the run around, lie after lie. Do not and I say DO NOT go to this company, all they do is promise you something then go back on their word and lie to you. Scammers. They were trying to get me to write a review before I picked up the vehicle. They are scammers and liars.

Worse experience ever. These people are liars. They tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign a contract and once you sign the contact, they block you. THANK GOD I didn’t sign anything otherwise i would have the same experience my cousin is having. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go here.

Walked out of 5 star and into here with DePak he is amazing salesman Brought the cars to my home when I couldn’t come to the store . I test drive from my own drive way and signed the paper work . These guys are amazing . If your looking for a new car please come Check them out

I want to thank Alexander and Deepak for their impeccable help and support to help me get my Mercedes Benz C-300. They got all my paperwork, safety check, finance approved and delivered my Car to my doorstep within 6 days flat!!! Kudos to these 2 who worked endlessly to have my dream come true. They also got the car for me to my doorstep to test drive and explained the process extremely well. I had another deal secured for a Honda Civic Sport. They helped me get my benz secured and helped me cancel my other deal. I would highly recommend Alexander and Deepak if you're looking to get a premium car like I did. Kudos again!!!!!
