We were most impressed with our salesman, Guy Kieswetter. He listened to our needs and was very thorough in explaining all aspects of our purchase and trade-in deal. He spent a great of time demonstrating the features of our new vehicle before our test drive and reviewed most of these features again on the delivery day. In all the years that we have been buying new vehicles from various dealerships, we have never had such a positive experience. The Finance Manager, Alan Mulder, was also a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for such outstanding service from these staff members!

This was my first time at Roy Nichols, we moved to Courtice a year ago. My GMC Canyon was overheating so I reached out to Boyer Ajax where I purchased the truck and they said the earliest appointment was Tuesday, so I was disappointed that I would have no truck for 5 plus days. I called your dealership Friday morning at 8:10 and I took it n at 8:30. It was fixed by 10:00!! I dealt with Lisa in service, she was really nice, great first impression of your dealership, I will be back... Thanks 👍👍
