The driver's we're great service staff in office staff were great it was fixed with no problems and I had no problem with my warranty I wasn't sure if the problem would have been covered or not and it was and it saved me a lot of money so sometimes it pays to get the extended warranty it did for me

Advisor was polite and professional however the actual “repairs” were poor. The OG Problem i took it in for wasn't fixed at all and created a new problem. That problem was fixed and caused yet another issue. I will have to take my 2022 truck in for a third time for an issue that was never fixed in the first place which has compounded immensely. The OG problem was simply squeeky sounds from teh driver side, second issue was vibrating when stopping after first “repair”,now the pedal has a large amount of play in it, meaning i have to put it to the floor to stop. Truck has less tha 50k km on it. A $90 000 truck should not have these issues.
