My experience with Empire Auto group together with Deepak and Alex’s assistance was very smooth. They take time in helping us finding the car that we wanted based on our budget and preference. They must have people posting fake reviews for them cause no way they are a 4.7 maybe a 1 not even 0 star for me they fraud and lie to you all nicey nice till the deal is done then you realize how wrong they did you. My stuff keeps getting deleted cause I'm right and they are in the wrong run far.I promise go to someone else

Took my 2017 Toyota RAV4 to Empire Auto to sell. I met & dealt with John K who treated me with the utmost professionalism, updating me at every step. Kareem looked over my car and between them came up with a price. Within 1.5 hrs I had a check in hand. I would highly recommend Empire Auto. These guys are great! Very personable! They gave me the best price & explained why it was that price. John made it so easy for me. I would highly recommend Empire, hands down. I will definitely go back when I’m ready to buy!! Thank you! I bought a Toyota Venza and had a wonderful experience, Wendy was very helpful in selecting the right car, advising on the finances, and Sam helped and guided we with the financing process. I had a very bad experience with another dealer, but Wendy and Sam were friendly, transparent, and quick in their work. I am very thankful to them for helping me in buying my car.
