Service Customers BEWARE of this Dealership. They quoted me over $4000.00 to fix my car so I took it to another out of Town Chrysler/Dodge dealership(20 min away)to get rediagnosed and everything FINCH said was wrong with it WAS NOT. It ended up costing me $700.00 to repair at the out of town Chrysler Dealership, where I received A+++ Customer Service (for reasons other than Finch had claimed) and it is running great! SHAME ON YOU FINCH!! Oh and unless you intend to refund me the $200.00 plus that you charged me to incorrectly diagnose my car by over $3000.00, please do not tell me how sorry you are to hear of my recent experience with your team.

Dealership great for service but horrible sales experience with recent purchase of 2019 jeep compass. Be careful of who you pick for sales don't be swayed by accolades hanging in offices...we were promised things that did not materialize!!

Dealership great for service but horrible sales experience with recent purchase of 2019 jeep compass. Be careful of who you pick for sales don't be swayed by accolades hanging in offices...we were promised things that did not materialize!!

Great prices, I might have even bought a Jeep there but I couldn't find a sales representative after searching for 30 mins on their lot.
