We had a wonderful and fun purchase experience when Jackie got her new Fiat 500L. Kevin was very helpful and not at all persuasive in any way, we got a great deal on a great car and had good time during the process! Our thanks to Kevin and the staff at Provincial Chrysler.

I had a very pleasant experience with the team at provincial Chrysler in Windsor , I was well informed about the whole process and Drew was very professional in his dealing with the customers, I was amazed by the fast process in completing the paperwork. I highly recommend him to everybody.

I walked in to Provincial Chrysler basically knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. All I needed was a salesperson to make the transaction. Ryan was wonderful, he made suggestions, asked how important some items were over others, why I didn't choose some options etc. Never did he make me feel intimidated, or uneasy. We took a vehicle out for a test drive and three days later it was mine. If you're looking to buy, to trade up or just to kick some tires, I would recommend Provincial Chrysler, but more importantly Ryan Eddy.

I sent of one email and got the best service from that. Drew helped me find a very nice and reliable vehicle. It was fantastic service. I could not ask for more. I will definitely recommend when i hear someone talking about purchasing a new vehicle.

Amazing Vehicle and amazing service

I was coming up on the end of my lease with a vehicle I didn't love . With the income to afford my first car in my name, I wanted something that was not only an SUV but would last me a while. I had been to other dealerships and given the same sales speech a few times before but not with Ann. She sold me the vehicle but made my experience at Provincial Chrysler great. She was very outgoing and answered any and all the questions I had . She was personable and went above and beyond what anyone has for me when helping me with deciding on a car. I purchased the 2014 Jeep Cherokee that I've always wanted and it was a great hassle free experience. She knew what she was talking about and reassured me that this was a great purchase and I can definitely agree with that! Thanks again.

Rob greated me as soon as I entered the dealership. I knew what vehicle I was interested in and he was able to explain all of the features with ease. He also indicated right away that there was a demo exactly like I was looking for available. As I was clearly going to purchase this demonstrated great integrity as the discount was substantial. The vehicle was delivered on time and Rob took his time showing me the features of the vehicle. The process was simple, fair and pleasant. I would definitely refer Rob and use him myself again.
